How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Open Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → BreakFree AI → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BreakFree AI → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until then.
How do I restore my subscription after reinstalling?
Open the app → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases." Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. Your Pro access will be restored instantly.
My streak reset — can I get it back?
If you accidentally reset your streak, go to Settings → Start Date → and manually set the date and time back to your original quit date. Your streak will be recalculated automatically.
Can I use BreakFree AI for multiple habits?
Yes — BreakFree Pro includes multi-habit tracking. You can track alcohol, smoking, sugar, gambling, social media, or any custom habit simultaneously, each with their own streak and timer.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data including streaks, journal entries, and account information within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. You can also email
privacy@breakfreeai.app to request deletion.
Is the AI coach a real person?
No. The AI coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude, an artificial intelligence. It is not a human therapist, counsellor, or medical professional. It provides motivational support only. For professional help, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal entries are private and stored securely. We do not read, share, or use your journal entries for marketing. Only you can access your journal. See our

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly. For iOS: go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → find the charge → Report a problem.
